Horizon3.ai is seeking a Partner Operations Manager, MSSP, to build and manage the operational base supporting MSSP, MSP, and Telco partners. You will own onboarding, activation, renewals, and reporting, turning complex requirements into scalable workflows across Channel, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

4+ years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Revenue Operations.
Experience supporting MSSP/MSP/Telco models.
Hands-on with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

Own MSSP, MSP, and Telco Operations, manage lifecycle.
Establish operating workflows for partner and customer relationships.
Coordinate licensing, provisioning, usage, billing for recurring revenue.
Establish repeatable controls and operating rhythms for forecasting.
Lead cross-functional execution and handle escalations.
Communicate performance and risks to stakeholders.
