Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Platform to lead the NodeZero platform portfolio, ensuring enterprise readiness, scalability, and secure integrations. You will work with engineering leadership to define the platform strategy that underpins every experience in our product and own platform performance, reliability, and multi‑tenancy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with platform or infrastructure focus.
• Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, distributed systems and multi‑tenant platforms.
• Proven experience with reliability domains: SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, incident management.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success.
• Data‑driven decision making with metrics and prioritization.
• Clear communication translating complex tech to executives and customers.
• Comfort shipping iteratively in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end platform strategy for NodeZero, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and enterprise readiness.
• Direct the product roadmap for platform performance and operational excellence; define SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Oversee governance for RBAC, SSO/SCIM, entitlements, licensing, auditability, multi‑tenancy.
• Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome‑driven platform roadmap across portfolios.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to plan releases and drive execution.
• Define success metrics for platform reliability, performance, integration adoption, and enterprise feature usage.
• Engage with strategic customers and partners to validate designs and gather feedback.
