Entech is seeking an experienced 1099 Contract Recruiter to lead sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating roles within MSP, IT services, and technology solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement of passive candidates, building relationships, and managing the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance. Experience recruiting technical and sales professionals is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years recruiting experience in MSPs, IT consulting, or cybersecurity.
• Proven success recruiting technical professionals and technical sales roles.
• Experience recruiting across Florida markets.
• Skilled at targeting passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Ability to assess technical qualifications before submission.

Responsabilidades

• Actively source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry groups, and direct outreach.
• Recruit for roles including: Service Desk, NOC and Infrastructure, Systems Engineers, Cybersecurity, Project Engineers, Service Managers, Sales and Marketing, Account Management, Operations and Leadership roles.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.
• Evaluate technical experience and cultural alignment.
• Present qualified candidates with recruiter notes to hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and HR.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Assist with recruitment strategy and market intelligence.
