Job summary

NinjaOne seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the full pre-sales cycle for MSP and enterprise accounts, from discovery to PoC and implementation, shaping how we scale technical wins and build repeatable playbooks.

You will partner with Account Executives to tie technical value to business outcomes and influence product direction based on MSP feedback, while developing reusable assets for a scalable AE-to-SE model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture for MSP/B2B SaaS.
• Experience building lab environments, demos, and playbooks.
• Strong communication with executives and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to supporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Own full pre-sales technical experience for MSP and enterprise accounts—guiding prospects through evaluation, product demos, architecture design, and PoC stages.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive channel growth and align technical value to business outcomes.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and multi-tenant adoption.
• Represent NinjaOne at MSP and IT channel events, conferences, and customer forums.
