Job summary

Qualifications

• RN or clinically trained professional with MSK/orthopedic experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Experience in value-based care performance improvement
• Experience with claims, quality, utilization data

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to identify trends and translate insights into cost, quality, and utilization improvements
• Partner with Regional Medical Directors to engage clinicians in understanding program expectations, incentive eligibility, and performance data
• Create and deliver performance reviews and presentations to providers and leadership
• Drive provider engagement and accountability through communication and education
• Lead onboarding and enablement of provider groups aligning to workflows and metrics
• Develop tools and reporting with cross-functional teams to support performance tracking and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with clinical, analytics, and operations teams to address performance gaps and support key initiatives
• Establish and execute a consistent provider engagement cadence including quarterly business reviews
