Qualifications

• Doctorate of Medicine (MD/DO) with active/unrestricted license in at least one state.
• Board certification in Orthopedics or related specialty.
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience managing clinical and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of senior level management experience leading clinical operations in a health plan or managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical strategy leadership for musculoskeletal program design and development.
• Oversee utilization management and retrospective review programs across musculoskeletal care.
• Lead data-driven initiatives using clinical, quality and claims data to guide program improvements.
• Collaborate with executives and external stakeholders to align clinical strategy with business goals.
• Direct healthcare analytics teams to synthesize model assumptions and validate results.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to expand value-based programs with providers.
