Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted medical license and board certification in orthopedic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to patients.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical processes and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Review cases for audits and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Use analytics to drive improvement in care quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in business review meetings with clients.
