Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 8+ sales representatives.
• Deep knowledge of the diagnostic services industry, particularly molecular diagnostics.
• Experience in complex selling environments, especially in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales objectives for molecular diagnostic testing, focusing on revenue and expenses.
• Develop and execute comprehensive regional and territory business plans.
• Directly implement sales strategies and marketing plans to drive growth.
• Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships to create mutually beneficial solutions.
• Plan and conduct regional sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Evaluate and manage the performance of Clinical Account Executives.
• Identify and pursue contracting opportunities with major medical centers and health systems.
