Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Remote Support Specialist for MR/CT Medical Imaging on a 3rd shift. You will provide remote technical support to Customers and Service Engineers, dispatch notifications, and use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

The role requires an Associate degree or two years of technical training, 8+ years MR experience, strong English communication, and willingness to travel internationally for on-site repairs when required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of vocational technical training.
• More than 8 years’ experience working on MR systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
• Good communication skills and English business proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing MR/CT equipment.
• Dispatch notifications to CSEs and provide quality action plans.
• Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Travel to assist with on-site repair of customer equipment as required.
