Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Remote Support Specialist 3 – MR/CT to provide expert remote technical support for MRI and CT systems. You will troubleshoot using Siemens Remote Services, coordinate with CSEs, and guide field actions to resolve issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires 8+ years of MR experience, strong communication skills, and English business proficiency, with occasional international travel (Canada/Latin America) and a Sunday-Thursday night shift on

• More than 8 years’ experience working on MR systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
• Good communication skills.
• English business proficiency required.

• Provide feedback to the factory regarding system performance.
• Provide product support either remotely or on-site.
• Share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.
• Monitor the ongoing field actions and manage the escalation process to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and business outcomes are achieved.

This role requires troubleshooting experience in Magnetic Resonance/Computerized Tomography as an engineer in Medical Imaging. Resumes should be submitted in English.

Shift will be Sunday through Thursday from 2200 to 0630 – 8 hours per day – East Coast U.S. Time.

Location: Remote support with occasional travel internationally (Canada and Latin America).

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is: $75,660 - $104,027. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
