Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle mortgage inquiries, inbound and outbound calls, and light collections while delivering best-in-class service. The role emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, and the ability to work across multiple systems.

This fully remote position offers competitive base pay: $20/hour for non-Spanish speakers and $21/hour for Spanish speakers, with a monthly incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage servicing.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Spanish speaking highly preferred.
• Black Knight MSP & Collections experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Position is currently fully remote with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model in the future of 1-2 days in the Plano, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts.
• Assists with a variety of customer inquiries including but not limited to escrow, payment transactions, ARM changes, payoff request and other inquiries.
• Technologically savvy & demonstrates ability to work in several systems at the same time.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
