Job summary

Knock is seeking an experienced mortgage leader for a fully remote, national role overseeing a distributed Loan Assistant team. You will manage the bridge loan and post-closing pipelines, coach staff, and collaborate with Sales, Underwriting and Closing to deliver exceptional service.

You bring 10+ years in mortgage, including 5+ years managing remote teams, and you excel at process improvement while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in mortgage experience.
• 5+ years leading fully remote teams.
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the remote Loan Assistant team.
• Own the bridge loan and post-closing pipelines end-to-end.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting and Closing to ensure timely service.
• Improve processes with the Director of Lending Operations to close gaps.
