Confidential is seeking a seasoned mortgage operations leader to manage and scale a fully remote team of Loan Assistants, setting expectations and driving performance.

You will oversee the bridge loan pipeline from setup through post-closing, ensuring accuracy, service levels, and continuous improvement through coaching and workflow optimization. This remote role offers flexible PTO and a collaborative, learning-oriented culture.

Competenze

• 10+ years of mortgage experience.
• 5+ years managing remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to improve processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration using virtual tools.
