Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to grow a referral-based business under our umbrella. You will operate remotely with uncapped commissions and support from Corporate for admin, operations, and compliance.

The role emphasizes building relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, maintaining a client database, and closing 3–5 units per month. Licensing in 28 states and state-specific compliance knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions and performance-driven rewards.
• Offer loan products for all borrower types and grow your network.
• Add additional Loan Officers to your team or operate as an individual LO.
