Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a self-driven Loan Officer to run a remote, P&L-based business under our umbrella. You will build and nurture referral partnerships and manage a growing loan portfolio with uncapped commissions.

We provide administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate, and you can operate as an individual LO or add teammates. A strong track record and active NMLS/MLO license are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC.
• Add LO teammates or operate as an individual LO.
• Close loans across supported borrower types and states.
• Utilize corporate support for administration, operations and compliance.
