Job summary

True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Southfield HQ to close residential and commercial loans. This is an inside sales role; you will receive live-transfer leads and focus on closing deals.

We offer uncapped OTE with multiple flexible pay plans, warm live transfers, prescreened leads, and strong marketing support to help you build a referral network with Realtors, builders, and investors. Remote flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - inbound, transfers, outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
