Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Mortgage Closing Manager based in the United States to lead and scale a high-performing closing function in a technology-driven environment.

You'll oversee daily closing operations, manage closers, and drive process improvements while ensuring TRID, RESPA, QM compliance and smooth funding from clear-to-close. This role collaborates across underwriting, processing, post-closing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage closing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of full closing lifecycle from clear-to-close through funding.
• Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, QM requirements and investor guidelines.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and/or other residential products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of mortgage closers with a focus on performance and development.
• Oversee daily closing operations from clear-to-close to funding and monitor pipeline metrics.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in Closing Disclosures and closing packages.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable SOPs.
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, post-closing, sales, and technology teams to resolve issues.
