Job summary

Queens Cove Behavioral Health Clinic in Houston, TX seeks a full-time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist specializing in mood disorders. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and utilize CBT/DBT with remote work flexibility for clients in Houston and surrounding areas.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team, document results securely, and pursue ongoing professional development to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in one of the listed mental health fields.
• Current TX licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Evidence-based treatment methods, especially CBT and DBT.
• Broad understanding of psychopharmacology for collaboration.
• Exceptional communication with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mood disorder assessments and plan treatment.
• Develop individualized plans aligned with client goals.
• Deliver CBT/DBT interventions to support recovery.
• Educate clients and families about mood disorders and self-care.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
