Job summary

Spring Water Behavioral Health Services is seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time, remote role serving diverse clients with mood disorders in Arlington, TX and beyond. The counselor will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver CBT/DBT therapies in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
Licensed in Texas as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or eligible for licensure.
Experience with evidence-based therapies, especially CBT and DBT.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mood disorder assessments and evaluate severity and duration.
Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans.
Apply evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT) to promote progress.
Educate clients and families about mood disorders and self-care strategies.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
