Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current California licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Proven experience with mood disorders and evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mood disorder symptoms.
• Develop individualized SMART treatment plans with clients.
• Apply CBT and DBT therapies to improve coping skills.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers for integrated care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Advocate for clients and reduce mental health stigma.
