Job summary

Renewed Hope Behavioral Health in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a remote role. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, couples, and families, developing tailored treatment plans and delivering counseling via telehealth.

Join a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, document progress in EHRs, and provide evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LMFT license.
• Master's or doctoral degree in MFT, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients in therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists).
• Document interactions and progress in electronic health records per regulations.
