Job summary

Noble Behavioral Health in Irving, Texas, is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a remote outpatient team serving mood disorders. The role emphasizes evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT and collaboration with psychiatrists to coordinate care.

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and participate in ongoing professional development while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
• Demonstrable understanding of psychopharmacology and ability to communicate with medical professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder status and severity.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide evidence-based interventions such as CBT and DBT.
• Educate clients and families on mood disorders and self-care.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals for holistic care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation of sessions and treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and case consultations.
• Advocate for clients and reduce stigma around mental health.

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
