CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor to promote governance practices, maintain AI policy adherence, and streamline risk management processes. You will collaborate with the enterprise AI community, maintain model inventories, assess risks, and support validation activities across a remote team in the United States.

The role requires 4+ years in model risk management or related fields, with strong knowledge of governance, compliance and analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Promote AI governance policies, standards and responsible AI practices.
• Establish and maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements and business impact.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
