Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring a Model Risk Advisor for a remote role in the United States. You will promote governance practices, assist with AI policies, and drive compliance across the organization, establishing inventories and monitoring model risk with KRIs.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Risk, auditors, and internal teams to maintain governance documentation and address identified risks, enabling executive insights and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI Model governance and Model Risk Management.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to business teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance practices and AI policies across the enterprise.
• Establish and maintain AI/GenAI model inventories with ownership and risk ratings.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance; identify issues.
• Support model validation, testing, and audits; document findings.
