CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Model Risk Advisor - Remote. The role focuses on governance of AI policies, model risk management, and collaboration across teams to strengthen compliance and transparency in AI deployments.

You will oversee inventories of models, monitor KRIs, and support validation activities while engaging with auditors and risk teams. This remote role accepts applicants nationwide with some exclusions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management related practices, risk, and audit.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI Model governance standards.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Capable of communicating technical and business information clearly.
• Strong strategic, interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote awareness of AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Establish and maintain an inventory of statistical, machine learning, AI, and GenAI models with metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, business impact, and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, processes, controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and testing activities with defined scope and recommendations.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
