Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring for a Model Risk Advisor—Remote. The role focuses on governing AI policies, standards, and risk management across the enterprise, collaborating with teams to close compliance gaps and promote responsible AI practices.

You will promote awareness of governance policies, maintain model inventories, assess risks, and support validation and audits while contributing to executive reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management related practices, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Four years of work experience in AI Model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit, information management can be substituted in lieu of a degree in addition to the minimum years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain an inventory of AI/GenAI models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory needs, business impact, and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, policies, and procedures.
