Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI Model governance standards.
• Capable of independently communicating technical and business information.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Establish and maintain an inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Support model validation and testing activities; document findings and recommendations.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight activities including audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risk.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain governance documentation and address risks.
• Monitor regulatory expectations related to AI/model risk and incorporate into governance.
