Job summary

SciPlay, a leading mobile/web game developer, seeks a Product Monetization Manager to drive revenue growth through monetization experiments, tests, and feature ownership.

You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, LiveOps, Economy and Creative teams to plan launches, optimize economy, and improve player engagement, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and hands-on testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in monetization, product, or data-driven roles in gaming or mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of free-to-play monetization and player behavior.
• Hands-on experience planning and running monetization tests.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to work with KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Live Operations).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monetization approaches for new and existing game features.
• Define feature usage approach, economy alignment, LiveOps plan, and in-game communications.
• Own planning and execution of monetization tests, including LiveOps-related tests.
• Explore monetization treatments and improvements beyond standard approaches.
• Collaborate with Product, Game Economy, Analytics, LiveOps, and Creative teams.
• Continuously optimize monetization performance to support KPIs.
