Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage white‑label mobile apps from onboarding through updates. You will submit apps to Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console, investigate rejections, and coordinate resubmissions to minimize launch delays.

You will troubleshoot complex account, build, and configuration issues, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and document solutions to improve operations and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, technical support, product operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Apple Developer Program, App Store Connect, iOS submission procedures, and app reviews.
• Familiarity with Google Play Console and Android submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of white-label mobile apps across onboarding, development, submission, and updates.
• Submit apps on Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console with compliance.
• Investigate rejections and coordinate resubmissions to minimize delays.
• Troubleshoot issues involving developer accounts, builds, metadata, certificates, provisioning, API keys, and workflows.
• Identify blockers and coordinate solutions to keep projects moving.
• Handle complex customer cases and provide practical guidance.
• Guide agency owners on Apple/Google requirements and configurations.
• Coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering; validate fixes.
• Perform end-to-end testing of mobile workflows before submissions/releases.
• Document recurring rejection scenarios and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support team by answering process questions and sharing expertise.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose process improvements.
• Maintain records, monitor progress, and prepare operational reports to meet SLAs.
