Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Specialist to lead complex White Label Mobile App cases, drive escalation management, and improve operational workflows. You will coach junior specialists, maintain up-to-date SOPs, and partner with Product and Engineering to streamline processes.

You will leverage deep knowledge of app submission requirements and automation tools to reduce manual work, while guiding teams through high-priority platform challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product enablement, technical operations, SaaS support or mobile app ops.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Apple and Google mobile app submission processes.
• Experience managing complex customer escalations.
• Ability to coach and support other team members.
• Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication.
• Ability to identify patterns and turn recurring problems into scalable solutions.
• Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.
• Typical experience: 4–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Own complex White Label Mobile App cases and escalations.
• Investigate Apple/Google rejection types and recurring issues.
• Create and improve SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and internal docs.
• Coach PES I/II specialists and onboard new teammates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reduce manual work.
• Improve operational SLAs, communications, and reporting.
• Participate in pilots/testing of new processes and features.
