Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned professional to own complex white-label mobile app cases, lead escalations with Product and Engineering, and drive repeatable solutions. You will mentor junior specialists, help optimize SOPs, and push automation through AI-assisted workflows.

Based remotely in India, you will collaborate with Support, Billing, and Product teams, manage critical issues from investigation to resolution, and ensure clear communication with customers while shaping platform policies

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in product enablement or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Apple and Google app ecosystems.
• Experience with Apple Developer, App Store Connect, Google Play Console.
• Troubleshoot build and submission failures, app store rejections, and config issues.
• Strong root-cause analysis across multiple systems and teams.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and configuration files.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience designing SOPs, workflows, and escalation procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities and reduce repetitive work.
• Proven experience managing complex customer escalations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and improve team knowledge.
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-changing environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex, high-priority mobile app cases, including review rejections and blockers.
• Manage escalations from investigation through resolution with clear communication.
• Lead root-cause investigations and determine need for config or product updates or engineering intervention.
• Coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering with detailed steps and evidence.
• Serve as central coordinator across Support and Billing for related issues.
• Act as escalation resource for team members with advanced troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
• Investigate new rejection scenarios and document repeatable solutions.
• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs, guides, and internal resources.
• Coach and mentor junior specialists, support onboarding and training.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify automation and process improvements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Use AI tools to streamline investigations and documentation.
• Participate in pilots and provide feedback on new processes and features.
