Qualifications

2–4 years in SaaS, technical support, product operations, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Apple Developer, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and mobile submission processes.
Ability to troubleshoot build, configuration, and notification issues using tools like VLOOKUP and APIs.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a portfolio of White Label Mobile Apps throughout the entire app lifecycle.
Handle complex customer, submission, and technical scenarios with limited supervision.
Prepare, submit, and manage apps across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Investigate and resolve app rejections, account issues, and technical escalations.
Document new rejection scenarios and support PES I specialists with troubleshooting.
