Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS, technical support, product operations, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Apple Developer, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and mobile submission processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot build, configuration, and notification issues using tools like VLOOKUP and APIs.
