Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Product Enablement Specialist II to independently manage White Label Mobile Apps through the full app lifecycle. You will handle complex customer scenarios, submissions, and technical issues with Apple and Google platforms.

As a remote-first SaaS company, you will guide agency owners through developer requirements, coordinate with Product/Engineering, and contribute to team documentation while maintaining SLA accuracy. Strong troubleshooting and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, technical support, product operations, or product enablement.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple apps simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of White Label Mobile Apps from onboarding through launch and updates.
• Submit and manage apps across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Investigate and resolve Apple and Google app rejections.
• Troubleshoot developer account, build, submission, metadata, configuration, and access issues.
• Coordinate technical escalations with Product and Engineering teams.
• Document new rejection scenarios and resolutions for team use.
• Maintain SLA compliance and accurate reporting across assigned apps.
