Tecton is hiring a Solution Architect to guide customers through evaluations, platform adoption, and scale of the Tecton feature store for ML applications. You’ll design architectures, tell compelling stories, and partner with Account Executives to win technical decisions while championing customer success across enterprise teams.

Formación

• Hands-on knowledge of ML/AI workflows, data pipelines, streaming and batch systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience winning technical evaluations and driving adoption within existing customers.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear business value.
• Confident presenting to engineers, architects, and executives.
• Collaborative working across teams to share best practices.
• Thrives in fast-changing, complex technical environments.
• Focus on building trust and customer success.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer needs and win technical decisions; lead evaluations and demonstrate value.
• Enable adoption and scale through onboarding and best practices.
• Advance customer success by monitoring adoption and identifying new use cases.
• Deliver thought leadership via talks, workshops, and enablement with reusable demos.
• Capture customer feedback to influence roadmap.
• Represent Tecton at meetups, events, and communities.
