Job summary

Moveworks is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to expand agentic AI capabilities across the Moveworks platform, delivering high-quality, scalable ML solutions. You will work in the Agentic AI Harness & Quality team, using LLMs, multimodal foundation models, and production-grade pipelines to improve user experiences and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ship production-quality, fully unit-tested code and rigorously-evaluated updates to models, prompts, or other tunable system components.
• Solve problems end-to-end with machine learning.
• Strong grasp of model evaluation fundamentals for text generation/classification.
• Proficiency with Python and/or Golang in a Mac development environment.
• Deep learning architectures and large language models knowledge.
• Willingness to work at startup pace with high ownership.
• Commitment to data quality for training and evaluation datasets.

Responsibilities

• Expand Moveworks agentic AI capabilities to improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with web and chat platform teams to turn investments into delightful UX.
• Push the envelope of agent reliability and value for customers.
• Maintain and improve production ML systems including training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and high performance of the end-to-end system.
