Job summary

Moveworks, now part of ServiceNow, seeks an experienced software engineer with ML expertise to expand our agentic AI capabilities. You will join the Agentic AI Harness & Quality team, using LLMs, multimodal models, and scalable infrastructure to deliver reliable AI features for enterprise users.

You will ship maintainable code, improve model performance, and ensure safety and privacy in a fast-growing environment within a global platform.

Qualifications

• Drive to ship product improvements with production-quality, fully unit-tested code and rigorously-evaluated updates to models and prompts.
• Ability to solve problems end-to-end with machine learning.
• Solid grasp of model evaluation fundamentals for text generation and classification.
• Readiness to hit the ground running in a Mac development environment, programming in Python and/or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Apply software engineering, machine learning, and compound AI system engineering to create lasting value for all customers.
• Drive quality in agent behavior, increasing utility for end users and reducing misbehavior.
• Tackle challenges in AI harness engineering, including context engineering and evaluation benchmarks.
• Read, discuss, and build on the latest ML/LLM research and open-source repositories.
