Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Missions Sales Director to lead sovereign satellite and ISR mission sales across Greece and the Balkans. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing multi-year government deals, building strategic relationships with ministries and defence bodies.

You’ll collaborate across ICEYE’s Missions and Data lines, drive regional revenue growth, maintain a robust pipeline, and represent ICEYE at industry events to strengthen the sovereign space ISR

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic government/defense sales.
• 5+ years international sales or export experience.
• Proven ability to close sovereign satellite/ISR deals.
• Existing network with government agencies in Greece and Balkans.
• Strong understanding of earth observation or SAR.
• Experience with multi-year deals and complex bids.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue growth for Missions in your region.
• Identify, shape, qualify and close government opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Lead bid processes, capture planning, and commercial positioning.
• Collaborate with Missions and Data lines to align needs and delivery.
• Represent ICEYE at in-market meetings and events.
