Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting mining, industrial, technical, or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success headhunting and filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to advise hiring managers and build credibility across levels.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, operational, and leadership roles including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, market conditions, compensation positioning, interview plans, and timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies, including passive outreach, competitor mapping, industry networking, referrals, and talent pipeline development.
• Take ownership of critical hard-to-fill requisitions with urgency, persistence, and accountability.
• Build relationships with passive candidates, mining professionals, workforce partners, schools, and industry organizations to support hiring needs.
• Provide clear candidate assessments, hiring recommendations, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Represent Jerritt Canyon professionally by promoting the opportunity, culture, compensation, and growth potential.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and reports in the ATS.
• Exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with Company values.
