Job summary

Jerritt Canyon is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment coordination and onboarding for our mining operations in Nevada. You will coordinate interviews, arrange site visits, and manage communications, ensuring a smooth candidate and new-hire experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and responsive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or related role preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple calendars, interviews, meetings, or complex schedules.
• Professional communication style with candidates, employees, and managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with privacy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track candidates through each stage of the hiring process and help move recruitment forward.
• Support recruiters with candidate communication, interview prep, reference checks, and other tasks.
• Coordinate candidate mine-site visits (schedules, travel, lodging, meals, access, safety info).
• Provide timely updates to candidates, hiring managers, HR, and site leadership throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Support new-hire onboarding from offer through orientation.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation, site access, travel, training, and start-date communication.
• Represent HR with professional, respectful, and responsive communication.
