Job summary

Cementation USA, Inc. in Utah seeks an experienced Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for corporate, technical, and field mining roles. You will proactively headhunt, source passive candidates, and build a diverse talent pipeline to meet project needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in recruitment with mining exposure, strong communication, and proficiency in direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. You will collaborate across states to ensure timely hires.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years recruitment experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the mining industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with negotiation tactics, especially with passive candidates.
• Experience with headhunting and direct sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process for corporate, technical, and field-based mining positions.
• Proactively headhunts and sources passive candidates through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and research-based sourcing methods.
• Builds and maintains an ongoing pipeline of qualified passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles in mining and underground construction.
• Utilizes LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, industry databases, and associations to identify candidates.
• Builds relationships with mining schools, technical programs, and industry associations to develop long-term pipelines.
• Attends mining industry conferences and career fairs to network and promote the employer brand.
