Job summary

Continental Industry is seeking a sales representative for the USA/Canada/Mexico region, virtual role. You will drive sales, coordinate customer activities, and implement Total Conveyance strategies to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in mining sales), strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Up to 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years sales experience in the Mining industry or 4 years of sales experience in the Mining industry in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of executing across the sales cycle to identify, hunt, and close new customers and new businesses.
• Advanced negotiation skills and presentation skills (structure, rhetoric, media application, etc.).
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin targets for the USA/Canada/Mexico region.
• Coordinate activities at the customer including selling, prospecting, and product presentations.
• Develop strategies to identify key decision makers and respond to their requirements.
• Promote Total Conveyance products and services and implement selling processes as defined by management.
• Support projects and other tasks as required by management.
