Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Wisconsin, covering the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will own territory growth by prospecting and closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and partnering with our distribution network to deliver maximum value to end users.

The role requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Packaging Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales with proven prospecting and closing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal oversight.
• Ethical, organized and highly effective at managing time and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within the territory.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with channel partners and end users.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pricing, and profitability tracking.
• Ensure timely CRM updates and completion of administrative responsibilities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to customers and partners.
