Pregis LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth in a hybrid Wisconsin setting. You will partner with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to expand product adoption, improve profitability, and strengthen long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes coaching a high-performing team and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in customer service or inside sales.
• Experience in protective packaging or manufacturing preferred.
• 3 years of SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and inside sales teams.
• Own team sales performance and growth.
• Coach and develop CS & Inside Sales staff.
• Align demand with operational capabilities.
• Identify process improvements for responsiveness.
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
