Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Program Manager for Microsoft to act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on active projects. This role will drive the Project Management Process and its data to enable fact-based decisions and improve delivery and customer satisfaction.

This U.S.-based, remote position requires frequent travel and access to a major airport. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with Microsoft and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Relocation is not available; candidates must reside in the United States and have access to an airport.
No immigration sponsorship offered for this position.

Responsibilities

Act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects.
Drive the Project Management Process and its data for fact-based decisions.
Lead project teams, train staff, and manage relationships with Microsoft and internal teams.
Develop and ensure compliance with policies and improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate changes, manage financials, and support growth for Eaton’s projects.
