Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Microelectronics Business Development Manager (remote) to drive growth in custom and standard semiconductor products across Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets. This role blends engineering insight with strategic sales, requiring strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing technical and cost proposals, presenting solutions, and supporting pre-sales engagements, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry. Advanced degrees will be considered with fewer years of experience.
• Excellent organizational and English communication skills; ability to interact with Mil-Aero/Industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Contribute to the development of the overall ASIC architecture.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
• Travel up to 30% as needed and support marketing activities.
