As a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist, you will own client accounts from strategy through execution and report to the Associate Director of Operations. You will manage Meta campaigns, optimize performance, and translate data into actionable guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, focused on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Control budgets, audiences, bids, testing, and variables.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust based on CPA and metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative for stronger results.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversions.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, lead routing.
• Resolve technical issues between platforms and client systems.
• Monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
