Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist/Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, foster client relationships, and drive qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects for Registered Investment Advisors.

This hands-on role involves reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, leading client calls, and ensuring tracking and lead flow are optimized for performance and retention.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
