Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth portfolios.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will be responsible for campaign performance, client relationships, and retention, while optimizing tracking, pixels, and lead routing to ensure steady growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to meet defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and bookings.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bids, testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor tracking, pixels, and conversion events to ensure data accuracy.
