Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts and drive Meta advertising performance. You will lead bi-weekly client calls, translate data into actionable recommendations, and manage campaigns from inception to optimization.

You'll be responsible for reporting results, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring retention. The role requires hands-on campaign management, tracking setup, and cross-functional collaboration with the Ops team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and present performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bids, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust for cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative for better results.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues between ad platforms and client systems.
